You’re engaged! What an amazing season to be in! All the excitement, butterflies, and story-telling to all your loved ones of your engagement moment are probably ALL the rage in your life right now. You get to begin embarking on a lifelong, loving relationship with your best friend! It’s one of the most special feelings!
Now, the reality of the wedding day begins to set in. You start creating color palettes, setting a date, forming a guest list, putting a Pinterest board together for inspiration (or maybe you’ve had this board formed for years already), determining your budget, AND searching for the right photographer and videographer to capture your day.
You want a photographer or videographer that will capture your day, not dictate it. You want someone who genuinely cares about your union with your fiancé. After all, this day is about you!
MY APPROACH
I believe in truthful imagery. Photos that capture the essence of who you are, from the way you look at your partner, to how you laugh with your best friends. All the smiles, tears, hand holding, family hugs, and dances. Your wedding is one of the most special and important days of your life, and you deserve to enjoy it and feel fully yourself. That is why I embrace the documentary style of wedding photography. Being able to look back on photos of your wedding day, and relive all of your emotions and memories is so special. Being able to show your future generations your wedding gallery, and telling them “this is exactly how our day was!” is priceless.
I know how special this day is for you. You’re marrying your best friend! You’ve been dreaming about this for so long. It only happens once, and it can go by in a blur. That’s why I strive to capture all of the moments of your day. From the big to the small, nothing goes unnoticed.

VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES
If you are on the fence about booking a videographer for your wedding, this is your sign to DO IT!
There is nothing quite like watching what feels like a movie of you and your spouse saying “I do” in front of your closest family and friends. A video allows the two of you to relive your most special moments in real time over and over again. All the laughs, tears, kisses, family members reactions, goofy dances, intimate moments, preparations, ALL OF IT is just so special to watch in video form. This day will only happen once, so make sure you have it documented! You deserve it!
A video is uniquely able to capture your story in a way that photos just can’t.

Photography

For engagement sessions, you will receive all of your photos within three weeks. I know you’re excited to see the photos and share them, so my priority is to get your photos to you as soon as possible! :) For weddings, you’ll receive the sneak peeks within 72 hours (say whattt?!), and your final gallery within 6-8 weeks!

I average about 80-100 photos per hour of your wedding day. If you book 10 hours of coverage, you will receive a minimum of 800-1000 digital photos in your gallery.

I mainly travel within the tri-state area (NJ, PA, NY), but I would love to travel farther distances if travel costs can be covered!

Yes! If your venue requires that your photographer be insured, I’ve got you covered! If your venue needs to see proof of insurance, no problem at all, just let me know ahead of time.

Videography

I will deliver your one-minute wedding teaser within one week after your wedding date, and full wedding film within 10-15 weeks after your wedding date.

I average about 15-25 minute long films depending on the amount of coverage, with a one minute teaser video a week after your wedding.

My deluxe package includes a full ceremony edit, and I offer it as an add-on for smaller packages. If you are interested in a specific type of edit, please let me know and we can discuss your specific needs!

I myself do not offer both services on a wedding day. However, I do have a photo and video bundle available with Rachel Lopez Photography, where she photographs your wedding and I film it! If you are interested in this bundle, please let me know in your inquiry and I will send you the specific investment guide for our bundle service!

Fill out the inquiry form below. This gives me the essential information I need to determine if I am available and able to capture your wedding. The more information you provide here, the better I can understand your needs and vision. I love to hear about your plans and what you’re looking for!

We’ll schedule a Zoom call to get to know each other, talk about your wedding day, and go over the packages I offer. This is where we really determine what your needs are, and I get to hear your love story!

Once you’re fully certain that you want to book with me, I’ll send you a contract and invoice with the pricing we discussed so we are all on the same page. All you need to do to officially book me is sign the contract and place your 10% deposit!
